AiM MX2E Plug & Play Dash Logger Kit

The AiM MX2E Plug & Play Dash Logger kit specifically designed for Lotus Elise/Exige. It can be used for daily driving and customized to suit track days at the push of a button.

MX2E Plug & Play Dash Logger Kit

The AiM MX2E Plug & Play Dash Logger kit has been specifically designed for the Lotus Elise and Exige 2004-2020 models (fitted with a Toyota engine)*. The dash features a 6" high contrast, high-quality TFT display with 18 integrated LEDs, and is mounted in the included bespoke instrument cluster.

2004-2007 will require an adaptor harness, available to select at the top of the page.

The cluster has been designed to be easy to install and includes housing for the included GPS Module. With four integrated buttons (two on each side) built into the sides for scrolling through the pages/menus. When switched on the MX2E will automatically recognize the venue and start to download the start/finish coordinates and calculates lap times when these coordinates are crossed. We already have over 4,000 tracks on our database, if the track your at isn't on the database it is possible to create and load it on the database using our Race Studio 3 Software.

Please Note: If you want your current milage added to the dash, please state what you want it to be in the option when purchasing.

Display

The MX2E dash has two types of display. You can choose between the road or track and even choose between analogue or digital. There are 16 display layouts to choose from, with four different colour options. Supplied with a GPS Module which will provide accurate GPS speed, lap timing and track mapping. You can view the track data directly from the dash or more in-depth analysis can be viewed using t our Race Studio 3 Software. This will enable you to understand graphs, histograms and tables to help you make comparisons to different laps, sessions on track days.

There is a wide range of icons available on the display rear fog light, position lights on, ABS on/malfunctioning, ABS off, hand brake, engine off, pressure low, seat belt not fastened, airbag off all of these icons offer a quick look source of information while your driving.

Integrated LEDs

The MX2E features 18 solid LEDs that offer the following information left or right direction, shift light made up of 10 LEDs, hand brake on, fuel level low, immobiliser on, position lights on, high beam on and engine problems.

Camera Inputs (Optional)

Analogue camera input is available, to swap your display into a mirror camera through push button command or event management.
