SHIPPING
Normal delivery is within 3 working days from receipt of payment for your order. Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed the next working day. We will make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated delivery time but the actual delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. We will only deliver via Australia Post (Express Post satchels up to 3kg only) or via TNT Overnight. Note: If using TNT delivery option you must ensure there is someone at the address for delivery. Delivery charges will be calculated depending on the destination and the total weight/size of the order. Please refer to the shipping guide prior to checking out on the online store. It is your responsibility to provide your exact email address, name, shipping address, billing address and telephone number and to keep these up to date. Any incorrect information provided may lead to a delay in delivering the product ordered by you or non delivery of the product. Any re-delivery costs must be met by you. If for any reason we do not have a product in stock we will contact you within 3 working days and arrange an alternate product or an estimate of delivery time for the specified product required. We will make every effort to have this product delivered to you as soon as possible. If the product is faulty or damaged on receipt of delivery, a claim should be made within 24 hours by contacting us via email at sales@aimsportsystems.com.au . The product/s are to be shipped back to us for inspection and the product will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. All shipping costs will be incurred by you. If we have no further stock of the product and it cannot be repaired we will replace it with a similar product, give you a credit to use for the purchase of another product, or offer you a refund. Any refund agreed to, will be the original purchase price of the item, but will not include refunds of postage or delivery charges. We will consider each claim on a case by case basis, and we will negotiate a solution that is acceptable to aimsportsystems.com.au and you, including any costs involved. You, being the customer, are responsible for Insurance cover of the product when in transit. AiM SportSystems will make every effort to ensure that your goods have a tracking number emailed to your email address prior to shipping. If you, the customer, require Insurance cover to cover the total cost of replacement value of the item or items, you must arrange this by contacting AiM SportSystems Office on 02 42 283183. Any Insurance cover required is an additional cost to the customer in addition to the standard freight calculated for your order.

WARRANTY POLICY
We do not provide a refund, credit or exchange if you have damaged the product by using it in a way it was not meant to be used. Once an order has been finalised on our Online Store and payment has been successful, any cancellations after that will incur applicable fees or costs (These may include Bank charges, PayPal fees, Freight costs incurred). These fees will be passed on to you the Customer and any refund due will be less any applicable fees (this includes refunds due to change of mind).For warranty service you will be asked to supply a copy of the purchase invoice with the serial number if applicable. If you cannot provide a copy of the purchase invoice, you will have to give us details of where the product was purchased and the serial number if applicable. It will be at our discretion if the product will be covered under warranty. This warranty excludes products that are damaged from racing incidents and / or damage from battery shortages, over voltage, incorrect polarity, acid leakage from batteries and water damage. Sensors - EGT, H2O, CHT are NOT covered by Warranty. We are not responsible for the incorrect procedure of firmware up-grades that may leave the system inoperable. We WILL NOT be responsible for LOSS or DAMAGE of goods in freight. Freight & Insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to exclude products and or systems for warranty or service that may be classed as race damaged. All service work is carried out at our premises locally here in Australia. All products (excluding sensors) have a 12 month Warranty from date of purchase. You are liable for all freight charges when making a warranty claim. No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the product from you. Refunds will be issued by PayPal or a credit to your credit card if the refund is approved. Where a replacement is agreed to after a warranty claim is granted, the replacement will be delivered to you at your expense after we have received your returned product.
